Archiving your memories not just making them "digital"
When your media arrives at our office, it is processed only by our HIGHLY TRAINED staff until it is shipped back or picked up by you.
Each piece of media is personally checked and only what you want is transferred.

Get Started
1. Prepare all of your media for shipping.
For DVD transfers, number your tapes in the order you would like them transferred.
Number films in the order you want them transferred. Organize pictures into groups placing them in bags or folders. For transfers to computer files, include a PC formatted hard drive with at least 500GB free space or we can provide a 1TB external hard drive for $65.
2. Include all contact info in your shipment
Provide us with your name, return address, phone number, email and brief note of what you want done.

4. Be sure to keep your tracking number.
5. Turnaround time varies based on how many orders we have ahead of you, how much media you send, how long tapes run, etc. The average is 3-6 Weeks.
6. Your tapes will be played back in real time and “captured” in digital form. Final delivery will be your choice of DVD disc or a computer file.
Images are scanned as 1200dpi files, organized and delivered on a flash drive.
Films are “captured” as digital files then imported into our editor. Adjustments will be made to the color, brightness and other basic editing. The final delivery will be as both a DVD and computer file.
Download delivery is available but high quality video files are very large requiring fast internet.
You may request an ESTIMATE. However, for tape transfers we won't know the runtime of your footage until it is processed. Your actual invoice will most likely be lower than our estimate.
