WE CAN SAVE YOUR VHS/VHS-C AND 8MM MEMORIES!

After Hurricane Katrina destroyed our studio in 2005, we were faced with helping local citizens salvage their video memories. It was very trying times for the New Orleans area. People were attempting to rebuild their homes, as well as make decisions about saving their video memories.

Your memories may have been damaged in a flood or have mold from being in damp, humid conditions. Your tape may have popped or been eaten by your player. The potential recovery varies based on the damage and format.

VHS and VHS-C have nearly a 100% recovery rate. The 8mm format usually can be recovered but it much more difficult because it is much thinner and metal particle formulation.

COST SAVING AND CONVENIENT:

We came up with a new process to lower costswhile still maintaining quality. Instead of restoring tapes like new, we clean the tape enough to get good playback in a VCR. In some instances, we may replace the tape shell but that is usually not necessary.

We’ve had nearly 100% success restoring flooded VHS and VHS-C videotapes from Hurricane Katrina, Superstorm Sandy, flooded basements and river flooding. Our tape cleaning machines remove mold by passing the front and back of the tape across cleaning pads.

TAPE FORMAT:

Full size VHS and VHS-C (VHS Compact) tapes $5 per tape

$10 if tape shell replaced

8mm Videotapes $10-$25 per tape
